John Wright from Walthamstow is a public education officer at London Ambulance Service (LAS).
His role is to try and reduce the number of serious injuries or deaths through educating young people on gun and knife crime.
This week he is speaking out on the potential consequences of carrying a weapon or being with someone who is armed.
He is only person employed by the LAS to perform this specialised role.
