Kingston Ladies Swimming Club held their Christmas show on Saturday which had 40 swimmers on show to entertain an enthusiastic crowd.

Francesca Stevens took the Roy Judd Memorial Trophy for swimmer of the year while Louise Chambers was runner-up swimmer of the year, receiving the Vera Offer Cup.

Sophie Rattue received an Annual Award for making the best progress over the season amongst the young swimmers.

Emma Broadbent received the Harden Cup for representing KLSC at competitions while Lydia Stallion was presented with the Presidents Cup.

The Silver Lifebuoy Trophy was given to club president Sylvia Ward for all her hard work for the club over the past years.

The show featured five solo performances, two duets, two trios, and four teams.

The solos were performed by Francesca Stevens, Louise Chambers, Sarah Cuncliffe, Jenny Tovey and Harriet Mutlow.

The youngest team (aged 6-8) were Rachel Holland, Rachel Chambers, Isabel Aldwinkle, Sophie Rattue, Shona Richards, Toby Rattue and Sam Lefevre and were taught by Debbie Ward.

Further team routines were performed by Rachael Stevens, Jade Lefevre, Joanna Buckle, Lucy Walker-Evans, Emma Broadbent, Rachel Holsgrove, Lucy Whatley, Zahre Shah and Chloe Fletcher who had been coached by Don Harden.

And Peter Ward's team of Lura Sainsbury, Katie Holt, Lily Whatley, Leona Batten, Imogen Allerton, Georgina Stevens, Laura Trinkwon & Katie Luff.

Followed by Louise Parkers group, the senior girls, Harriet Mutlow, Francesca Stevens, Jenny Tovey, Louise Chambers, Sarah Cunliffe, Lydia Stallion and Lauren Allerton. Jackie Eden's group were represented by Holly Munslow, Hannah Chambers and Joelle Taylor.
