Richmond & Hook Dynamos bounced back from two league defeats to register a club record victory over mid-table SW17 Riverplate.
With leading scorer Carl Stock out injured Richmond called in Matt Facey which was a masterstroke as the Richmond old boy plundered a hat-trick.
Richmond looked lively from the start and midfielder Daren Kittle siezed upon hesitancy in the visiting defence to shoot powerfully home from 12 yards.
The early success gave the home side confidence and soon after John Igglesden played Facey in to score with a neat finish.
Facey added another after good work down the left flank from Damion Laing.
SW17 enjoyed a brief period of pressure early in the second half and pulled a goal back from the penalty spot.
But the home side were in no mood to relinquish their advantage and defender Lee Lisney was on hand to head home after Facey's initial header from a Martyn Powell cross had been saved.
Adam Smallbone scored his eleventh goal of the season with a tap in and Facey completed his hattrick with a neat left foot lob
It was Powell himself who grabbed a spectacular seventh when beating two players on the edge of the box before placing his shot in the top corner of the net. The rout was completed when substitute Simon Goff hit the net.The win took Richmond to second place in the table.
