A VIGILis being staged in Lancaster city centre as a reminder of the devastation caused by nuclear weapons.
Members of Lancaster District Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament (CND) will gather in Market Square on Saturday afternoon in memory of people who died when atom bombs were dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki in 1945 - and to remind people of the horror of the weapons.
