THE Business Connection, the organisation for small companies in Harrow, will discuss executive coaching at its next meeting, at 7pm on Tuesday at the Northwick Park Hotel, Northwick Park Road, Harrow.
Executive coaching offers outside support to people running their own businesses by training them in new management techniques.
The speaker will be James White, who runs a team of former senior executives of larger companies who act as coaches.
The second speaker, Shilpa Panchmatia, will talk about the health risks of working on a computer for a long time.
The meeting is open to all business people and admission is £6 for members and first time visitors, which includes a buffet.
