The Central Line will be fully re-opened on Saturday bringing the Woodford to Epping section back into use.
The Hainault 'loop' part of the line will also return to operation, but services will still be running at levels below the timetable schedules.
A train derailment at Chancery Lane station in central London on January 25 caused the line's closure.
It happened after an engine underneath a train came loose and fell onto the track.
The disruption has cost London Underground (LU) an estimated £40m. LU hopes to announce a full timetable soon.
