A NEW path near popular beauty spot the Crook O' Lune has been opened to give visitors the chance to enjoy even better views of surrounding Lune Valley scenery.
The new route at Hermitage Field crosses a field where access was previously restricted to a perimeter route.
The path is accessible to all, and landscape and seating has been provided as part of the Jubilee project, which has been organised in partnership with Lancaster City Council, Lancashire County Council, The Ramblers Association and The Bowland Initiative.
