a 10-year plan outlining the shape of things to come in Dartford is now open to public inspection.
The draft plan, explains the principles and guidelines which govern major decision-making in the borough.
And it pinpoints areas which should either be put aside for sustainable development or protected as part of the green grid.
Ebbsfleet, Eastern Quarry, North Dartford, Stone Castle and Swanscombe Peninsula make up the backbone of new housing and commercial developments in the plan.
The plan can be seen until November 21 at the Civic Centre, in local libraries or on the council's website: www.dartford.gov.uk
