AMERSHAM's Katie Towers won the age group title, junior championship trophy and senior women's trophy in National Qualifying Times at the county championships.

The 14-year-old won the 200m individual medley in a new county best, one second off the Junior Championship record set by Commonwealth Games gold medallist Rebecca Cooke when she was 17.

Clubmates Joelle Jeans and Victoria Robinson finished second a third.

But Towers wasn't finished. She took all three golds in the age group junior championship and the senior championship 200m backstroke breaking club and county records again!

Then in the 100m butterfly she took silver in her age group and bronze in the junior championship.

Jeans joined her in the gold medal table, winning the 15 year group and silver in both championship categories while Robinson enjoyed success in the silver age group and bronze championships.

Andrea Poore won age group gold in the 100m butterfly, setting a new club record, and was second in both junior and senior championships. Hannah Shaw won her age group 100m butterfly.
