Little Wonder were formed in 1999 after a chance meeting between singer Tony Perry and guitarist Simon Kinsler. Initialy planning to be just a Bowie covers band playing the local circuit. The first few sell out gigs proved there was a lot more scope for the band than they'd realised.

The band soon found themselves playing as a support for Hot Chocalate at an outdoor festival and being billed as a David Bowie Tribute Band. So they ran with it with Tony performing in cloned Bowie costumes with the rest of the band glamming up behind him.

In 2001, Tony appeared on the prime time ITV series Stars in their eyes. He won his heat and appeared in the live final singing live to 10 million people.

Recently the band played to 1,500 people in their home town of Southend in aid of the New York firemans trust. Tony and Simon have also appeared live twice on BBC London Live on the Mel & Sue show playing acoustic numbers with plenty of witty banter!

Little Wonder play through nearly 2 hours of Bowie's hits, from 'Space Oddity' to 'Starman' and 'Let's Dance' to 'Survive' from Bowie's 1999 studio album 'Hours'.

Please expect no dodgy wigs or leotards...this is serious music!
