Four men are due in court today after the alleged discovery of deadly ricin poison at a Wood Green flat last week.
The men are charged under the Terrorism Act 2000 with possession of articles of value to a terrorist, and, under the Chemical Weapons Act, with producing chemical weapons.
Mouloud Feedag, Sidali Feddag, Samir Feddag, and Mustapha Taleb appear in the Bow St Magistrates Court today.
Police swooped on the flat and allegedly discovered a small amount of ricin, which is made from castor oil seeds.
Another man, Nasreddine Fekhadji will also appear at Bow St today charged with possession of false documents.
A sixth man has been de-arrested' under the Terrorism Act and re-arrested for alleged possession of drugs and immigration matters, and is expected to be bailed while enquiries continue.
A seventh man has been released into the custody of the Immigration Service.
