Your words of sympathy for us and admiration for a man who gave so much of his time and energy to the community were warmly received by us all. We would also express our thanks for the many donations have been sent to the Ellenor Foundation and to Oxfam in his memory.
I know both charities always need funds and Dave would certainly have been happy to think helping these worthy causes could brighten the sadness of his death a little.
