Passengers should prepare themselves for more upheaval on the Metropolitan Line as more essential engineering work threatens to disrupt their journeys.
Buses will replace London Underground's services between Rickmansworth and Amersham/Chesham on some weekends during April, May and the beginning of June, calling at Chorleywood and Chalfont Latimer.
Chiltern Railways has also suspended its services on corresponding Saturdays and the May Bank Holiday Monday between Rickmansworth and Amersham, except from April 14, when services will be down between Marylebone and Aylesbury.
Further work is also taking place at Baker Street station for four weeks, due to essential escalator repair work.
In the interest of customer safety, it will be necessary to interchange at street level during weekdays until 8pm.
Commuters will need to exit through the Metropolitan Line ticket hall and re-enter via the Bakerloo/Jubilee Line ticket hall. Those travelling on the Metropolitan and Jubilee lines may find it easier to change at Finchley Road Station.
