The acclaimed folk singer Isla St Clair will present a special summer show in Elstree, organised by the Elstree and Borehamwood Rotary Club.
The singer, known to millions for her television appearances, will perform Inheritance: Songs and Music of Scotland, accompanied by the Gordon Gunn Band.
St Clair, who has been named Best Female Folk Singer, has become one of the most influential exponents of Scottish traditional songs. She has performed in The Royal Variety Show, and in television's The Morecambe and Wise Show and The Generation Game.
Pipers from the London Scottish territorial army regiment will be special guests for the show, which starts at 7.30pm on Wednesday, June 18, at Allum Hall in Allum Lane. Proceeds will go to the Rotary Club's charities.
