Could someone please explain to me how, in one breath, the council has no money to attend to all the things that need to be done in Barnet and then wastes £50,000 on a court case and perhaps the same again on an appeal all for sake of Brian Coleman's self-esteem?

How has this man been allowed to get so much power that he can ride roughshod over everyone else's opinions, as in the case of Deans Way, where he just walks in and cancels months of work done by residents and councillors?

He worries so much about traffic jams at Frith Lane, but does he care about people getting out of Selvage Lane at Apex Corner?
