Welwyn 74 Finchley10
London League Division Four (North-West)
Finchley's poor season came to a close on Saturday with the club's heaviest defeat of the campaign.
Despite missing the majority of the first team, who were attending the wedding of Finchley number eight Lee Myall, the hosts showed no mercy and ran in tries at will.
As Welwyn completed their mammoth total, the visitors ran in two consolation tries through James Webb and Dave Sweeney.
Finchley are looking for a player-coach for next season. If you would like further information, call 020 8445 3746.
Meanwhile, the club's tour of Belgium and The Netherlands begins next week with a tournament in Antwerp.
