GIFTON NOEL-WILLIAMS continued his return to full match fitness by scoring the decisive penalty as Watford Reserves' superb unbeaten run continued with a 1-0 victory over Nottingham Forest at Vicarage Road on Wednesday, December 18.
Nigel Gibbs' men are now unbeaten in eight fully competitive matches, and, remarkably, have only conceded one goal in that time. However, this was one of their more ordinary performances.
The only goal came after 37 minutes when Noel-Williams was clumsily bundled over in the area by Westley Morgan, and the striker calmly despatched the spot-kick high to keeper Barry Roche's right.
