Opponents of a controversial South Norwood social-housing scheme will get their chance to quiz developers at a public meeting this month.
Developers Greathall have resubmitted plans for a four-storey block of 20 flats in Belgrave Road by Norwood Junction station, for letting by Affinity Homes housing association.
Residents think the development is unsuitable for the site, would dwarf an adjoining social housing development, and should be developed as shops or small businesses.
Representatives of Greathall, Affinity and Croydon Council will attend a public meeting at the Polish Community Centre, Oliver Grove, on Tuesday March 18 at 7.30pm to answer residents' questions.
