Anyone in adult education who has been inspired by a good tutor can nominate them for an award. The National Institute of Adult Continuing Education (NIACE) charity is seeking nominations for people who have made a special contribution to teaching, have overcome personal problems or work in a difficult situation. Each winner will get £250, and last year saw 17 winners. Call 0116 2044200.
