AN OLD-TIME music hall was staged to bring together pensioners living in Penge.
Organised by the Older People's Network (Penge & Anerley), the afternoon event was held to promote awareness about isolation among the elderly.
Wearing fancy dress, 150 revellers at the party in Melvin Hall, Melvin Road, Penge, were treated to wartime sing-a-longs, live music and dancing.
Two elderly female strippers, a spoons player and stage dancers were also on hand to entertain.
Joy Hall, spokesman for the Older People's Network, said: "The day really did address isolation among the elderly, as lots of people came together who wouldn't have met otherwise."
