CHORLEYWOOD are still searching for their first Home Counties Premier League Division Two East win of the season after snatching a draw against Hoddesdon on Saturday, June 14.

After Hoddesdon had set a mammoth 303-7, Wood held on for the draw, closing on 211-8.

West Herts (155-9), who are also struggling towards the wrong end of the table, were relieved to escape with a draw after coming within a wicket of defeat against Millhillians (187 all out).

However, Hemel Hempstead's upturn in fortunes in Division One continued with a four-wicket win over Banbury.

But it's Radlett who continue to set the pace at the top of the table after a hard-fought victory over Reading made it six games unbeaten.

Another in-form team, Abbots Langley, extended their fine start to the Saracens Herts League Division One season with a six-wicket win over Bishop's Stortford. Langley have lost only one of their eight matches to date, but Langleybury made it five draws in eight when they were held by Letchworth.

In Division Two, Northwood skittled out Berkhamsted for only 96 en route to making it five wins in seven, Kings Langley got the better of local rivals Hemel Hempstead second XI, and Watford Town scraped a draw against Old Finchleians.
