GARDEN waste will be collected by appointment throughout the winter, rather than the usual weekly scheduled collection.
Collection can be arranged by calling 020 8554 5000 or by clicking here and dowloading a form.
It can also be taken to Chigwell Road Reuse and Recycling Centre in Chigwell Road, Woodford Bridge.
The centre is open Monday to Fridays from 7.30am to 4.30pm and 8am to 4pm at weekends.
The 7,000 tonnes of green garden waste the council has collected this year was turned into compost.
