Pony fancy dress parade in Aldersbrook raises £200 for disabled riding school

PONIES dressed in Christmas costumes raised money for a disabled riding school.

Members of the Aldersbrook Riding School in Empress Avenue took to the streets of Aldersbrook yesterday with the ponies and £200 was raised in the process.

The school has recently lost its funding and the money raised will enable disabled children to continue riding at the school.

The riding school provides lessons for both children and adults and relies on donations.
