Aspiring weightlifters can sign up for lessons.
A six week course in the Olympic sport begins on January 14 at Caterham High School in Caterham Avenue, Clayhall.
The course costs £25 and will run on Monday afternoons between 4.30pm – 6.30pm.
Registration is open to everyone aged 16 and over and costs £25.
