Over a Healthy weight? Means Fat?

Stop all the Sugar Fizzy drinks, sweets chocolates, cakes, Chicken and Chips Fried, Pizzas (all delivered to the door by unscrupulous business owners with their repeated leaflets)

Not enough is being done to target the causes of this Obesity.

Bring back competitive sport, stop the sale of School playing fields, ban the stupid programmes on TV such as 'Britains Fattest Teenager' 'Embarrassing Fat Bodies' 'The Fattest Man in the World' which seem to glamorise obesity.

If one watches Jeremy Kyle these days it would appear that it is a requirement of every guest to be at least 20 Stone to get on there.

Leisure centres can be remarkable, but I also find it's important to have a bit of home exercise. I'm hoping to get more into swim training and water exercise this year and have my eye on an Endless Pool. http://www.endlesspo
