Wrap up warm and enjoy a walk in Wanstead Park.
The two hour stroll, which is organised by the Redbridge Sport and Health Team, takes place this Thursday.
Walkers should expect to be out for two hours and be prepared to tackle some inclines.
Meet at the park entrance in Warren Road at 11am.
