Christians can get help preparing for Lent at a special event in a South Woodford church.
The 2013 Lent Ecumenical Quiet Day will be held at Woodford Methodist Church Derby Road on February 16 from 10am – 3.15pm.
The event is aimed at those who feel they do not have enough time or are unsure how to prepare for Lent.
Anyone who wants to attend will need to bring a Bible, a packed lunch and a notebook.
