Snow has fallen over night across east London and west Essex.
The Met Office has placed a yellow weather warning on the region, meaning residents should be careful of icy conditions on roads that have not been gritted and some disruption to travel could happen.
There have been no reported school closures today across the region.
Around 5 to 10cms fell over night and the snow is expected to clear over the next few days.
