Women are invited to take part in a free Zumba session in a park.
The session on March 9 makes up a series of events across Redbridge to mark International Women's Day.
The action starts at 12pm in Valentines Park in Cranbrook Road, Ilford.
International Women's Day is celebrated on March 8 every year and is about connecting women across the world.
Other events in Redbridge include mother and baby sessions and swimming in the pink pool in Fullwell Cross Leisure Centre, Barkingside.
