He wants to display his society's leaflets in Wanstead Library, in Spratt Hall Road, Wanstead, but he claims they were refused, instead being put in a folder out of the public eye.
The 82-year-old, from Nightingale Lane, Wanstead, said he was told the foyer of libraries in the borough are reserved for council leaflets only.
