Victoria Wasteney is a member of Greenwich-based Christian Revival Church London (CRC).
She took part in the anti-human trafficking event, Chain4Change, last week in High Street, Wanstead.
As part of the campaign, she met with police and MP John Cryer about the issue.
A total of £2,500 was raised for charity Eaves Housing for Women, which supports women recovering from human trafficking, and provides them with basic clothing and toiletries.
She is speaking out about the issue of human trafficking in Redbridge which she says is most prevalent in Ilford.
