THERE'S plenty to keep youngsters of all ages busy over the coming half-term.
A range of events are being laid on at venues across the borough for fans of sports, music, drama and a whole range of other activities.
- The week kicks off with the anniversary weekend at Valentine's Mansion, celebrating one year one from its reopening, on Saturday February 13 and Sunday 14.
- Every day from Monday to Friday there will be a multi-sports session at Wanstead Leisure Centre for kids up to the age of 14, which offers a range of energetic activities to ensure they're sufficiently tired out by the evening.
- Youngsters will have the chance to make Chinese laterns – in recognition of the Chinese New Year – at the Keith Axon Centre in Chadwell Heath on Monday 15.
- The Funky Fashion exhibition at Redbridge Museum in the Central Library in Ilford will be held on Tuesday 16.
This is just a sample of the full programme, which includes bird watching, face-painting, musical workshops, sports training and much, much more.
