THIEVES stole lead from a police station, it has emerged.
Wanstead police station in Spratt Hall Road was targeted overnight between May 13 and 14.
The lead was taken from a toilet roof, which has now been repaired.
No arrests have been made.
Anyone with information is asked to call 101.
