Help needed in clear up of Hollow Ponds in Leytonstone

Volunteers are needed to help clear a popular beauty spot this weekend.

The City of London Corporation is appealing for assistance in removing holly from around oak trees in Hollow Ponds, Leytonstone, on Saturday (January 12).

Residents are urged to meet at the Boathouse in Whipps Cross Road at 10am.

It is free to take part but booking is required.
