Chingford homeowner seeks permission for outhouse

A homeowner hopes to get permission to build an outhouse adjacent to his property.

Mr J Shannon, of Rampton Close in Chingford, wants to build the structure for use as an office and utility room, and has submitted plans to Waltham Forest Council.

A decision date has yet to be set.
