A MAN has appeared in court accused of murdering a tourist in Walthamstow.
Kelvin Francis, 26, was found bleeding to death outside the Captain Fish & Chip shop on Sunday shortly before 10.30pm, dying half an hour later.
It is understood Mr Francis, of Grenada in the Caribbean, was on a month's visit to London.
David Kazim, 23, of no fixed abode, has been charged with the murder of Mr Francis and appeared at Stratford Magistrates Court on Saturday.
Lisa Donegan, 21, of Lordship Lane, Wood Green, is accused of perverting the cause of justice and appeared alongside him.
Neither of them have yet entered a plea.
Kazim has been remanded in custody and will appear at the Old Bailey tomorrow while Donegan has been remanded until May 21.
