A MAN is due to appear before the Old Bailey this morning accused of murdering a tourist in Walthamstow.
Kelvin Francis, 26, was found bleeding to death outside the Captain Fish & Chip shop on Sunday shortly before 10.30pm, dying half an hour later.
It is understood Mr Francis, of Grenada in the Caribbean, was on a month's visit to London.
David Kazim, 23, of no fixed abode, has been charged with the murder of Mr Francis and will appear at the Old Bailey today to confirm his name.
Lisa Donegan, 21, of Lordship Lane, Wood Green, is accused of perverting the cause of justice and has been remanded until May 21.
Neither of them have yet entered a plea.
