A WOMAN was robbed of her mobile phone in broad daylight in one of the borough's busiest streets.

A 24-year-old woman was at a bus stop in Hoe Street, Walthamstow, outside Haz Kebab shop when a man demanded her phone, before snatching it and running away towards Greenleaf Road.

The thief is described as black, about 25 years old and wearing a brown beanie hat and a blue hooded top with white writing on it.
