WALTHAMSTOW: Woman hurt in crash

A WOMAN was injured when the car she was in crashed in Walthamstow earlier today.

It happened in Vallentin Road at around 12 noon.

No other vehicles were thought to have been involved.

Two fast responder cars and an ambulance crew attended the scene and the woman was taken to Whipps Cross University Hospital in Leytonstone.

She was conscious and breathing at the scene and her injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
