A NUMBER of shops were vandalised overnight.

Around 10 stores in Higham Hill Road, Walthamstow, were covered in grey paint.

Perfect Dry Cleaning owner, Sohail Choudhury, 45, said: “It’s shocking, we don’t deserve this. I feel as if I can’t leave my shop along anymore.”

The post office, Co-operative supermarket and Rose Hill Cafe were among the neighbouring shops that were also targeted.

The police have so far been unable to release any details.

I cannot imagine that whoever did this did not get some of the paint on themselves so should be traceable!

Or that the hundreds of CCTV cameras along the area should have picked up some footage.

Oh wait, most aren't operational and the only ones working are the parking enforcement ones!
