A NEW forum is being set up in Chingford to help business owners make their voice heard.
The Waltham Forest Business Board (WFBB) is launching a business forum in the area to allow traders to meet and discuss any issues they have.
The board already has forums in other parts of Waltham Forest, which have been successful in campaigning for improvements such as more lighting, better parking provisions and CCTV.
WFBB chairman Michael Polledri said: "We thought there was a missing gap in the Chingford area.
"The aim is to get business to come together to have one voice with which they can talk to the local authority.
"If we had big firms in the borough, they would make their voices heard so why shouldn't the small businesses?"
The first forum meeting will be held on at 6pm on Thursday (February 11) at The Fountain, 152 Station Road, Chingford.
