Speaking Out: Emma Best on anti-social behaviour
Emma Best is a member of the Church End Conservative Action Team and is campaigning for tougher regulations on anti-social behaviour and a controlled drinking zone in and around South Woodford.
She has spoken to residents about some of the experiences they have had to deal with.
