Helen Coughlan is speaking out against lenient planning procedures implemented by the council
Helen Coughlan lives in Highfield Road, Woodford Bridge, and is involved in a long-standing dispute with her neighbour over an illegal extension that has damaged her home.
The 52-year-old is calling for more checks in the planning process to make sure this does not happen again, stressing the responsibility of the council in looking after tax-paying residents.
