Nancy Taffe, a member of Waltham Forest's Trade Unionist and Socialist Coalition (TUSC) is speaking out about the lack of council housing in the borough.
Ms Taffe, a resident in Waltham Forest, is concerned about the 'chronic housing shortage' and claims low-earners and residents on zero-hour contracts are not able to afford any of the new homes being built.
