Age is no barrier
I would like to thank everyone involved with the Loughton Fun Run for waiting for my dad, Lloyd Griffiths, myself and Linus the poodle to reach the Finish line. Dad was born in Loughton in 1923 and wonders if, next year, we might have a head start as, dad is quick to point out, I will be a year older!
