Tories wrong about impact of blackout on crime
Before the Tories on Essex CC introduced the night time blackout we were told that this would have no effect on crime.
How wrong they were.
Following a spate of burglaries Essex, police have now requested that the lights are now turned back on in parts of the Pilgrim’s Hatch area of Brentwood.
How long before they require the same in the crime spots of Epping Forest ?
