Sheridan Mangal says key to tackling gangs is engagement and advancing youths into education and training
Sheridan Mangal is the chairman of 'A Better Way Partnership', a community group attached to Waltham Forest’s ‘Enough is Enough’ gangs prevention programme.
He is speaking out on the deployment of stop and search and its effect on youth engagement, the need for family intervention, and addressing the problem of drugs in Waltham Forest.
