The footpath that runs from Coopersale into Stonards Hill Epping has been here all my lifetime, which is more than 71 years.
Over the past year it has been very overgrown with stinging nettles, holly and blackberry bushes which are very low and dangerous for children in buggies.
I have been to the council to enquire about getting it cut down but they say they don't know who it belongs to.
It would be nice to get this sorted so that people can use the footpath safely to get into Epping rather then use the main road.
There is a 60mph speed limit there and it is horrible to walk down.
