Collection rates fallen
From the Ascham Homes (housing association) annual report, you can see that rent collection for 2013/2014 has improved over that for 2012/2013.
However, leaseholders’ service charge collected has fallen dram- atically from 94 per cent to 75.7 per cent in the same period and under the same economic conditions – why? I have asked Ascham Homes this and await a reply.
