Steve Baker is a member of the No To Mob, a campaign group against revenue driven enforcement on London's roads.
Members drive around wearing V for Vendetta masks and warn motorists of static cameras designed at catching out people who make traffic violations.
They have been instrumental in capturing council CCTV camera cars making illegal manoeuvres, as seen in Hampton Road, Chingford, in April 2014, after a Waltham Forest NSL car drove through two no-entry signs.
Mr Baker is speaking out on the government changes on how CCTV 'spy cars' will operate in the future, as he believes many people are of the opinion they are to be banned, which is not the case.
